Whenever I have a week day off, I usually feel unproductive. I sleep in, there's no one around to do stuff with, so I usually end up mulling around the house. But today I was productive. After a long outing, I returned home with fresh produce and a mission... to make my own takuwan and namasu. We'll see how it turns out...
