Coffee Gelatin Dessert

Yields

10-11 cups

Ingredients

4 1/2 cups milk

4 1/2 packets plain Knox Gelatin

3 egg yolks

1 cup sugar

3 Tablespoons instant coffee crystals

1 8oz. Cool Whip

Directions

Heat milk, sugar, gelatin, and egg yolks in pot over medium heat.

Stir until just boiling.

Remove from heat and add instant coffee crystals.

Cool, then fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.

Pour into individual 5 or 5.5oz. Cups.

Refrigerate overnight.
