Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup vegetable or sesame oil
6 Tablespoons white vinegar
2 Tablespoons shoyu
Sesame seeds, toasted
Somen noodles
Iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
Char siu, thinly sliced
Scrambled egg, flat and sliced
Kamaboko, sliced
Green onion
English cucumber, julienne
OPTIONAL Carrots, shredded
Directions
Cook and drain somen noodles.
In serving pan, roll noodles into single servings.
Layer lettuce, char six, kamaboko, and egg.
Garnish with green onions.
Add cucumbers when serving.
Notes:
For 9” x 13” pan, make 2-3 times dressing and 2 somen noodle packages
